Accurate prenatal diagnosis of fetal anomalies is important. Ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) have resulted in highly accurate visualization of the fetal anatomy. Our staff is skilled and experienced in performing fetal imaging techniques and in their interpretation.
Prenatal diagnostic procedures allow prenatal detection of fetal abnormalities by obtaining genetic, biochemical and physiologic information about your baby. This testing may include amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and percutaneous umbilical blood sampling.
