Our cafeteria offers buffet-style dining featuring daily entrees, healthy options, and a salad bar.
Monday - Friday: 7 a.m. - 1 a.m.
Weekends and Holidays: 7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Breakfast: 7 a.m. - 10 a.m. Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Dinner: 4:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Patients and guests can pay their hospital bills, cash checks and even buy stamps at the Cashier’s office.
Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
The Gift Shop offers flowers, balloons, cards, baby items, children’s toys, home and seasonal décor, clothing and personal care items. Operated by volunteers, Gift Shop proceeds go toward improving hospital services.

Your security while in the hospital is very important to us. If you have questions or concerns about security, feel free to stop by the Safety & Security office on the first floor during normal business hours, or contact the officer on duty.

Riverton Hospital’s medical records department provides complete, accurate, and timely medical history information. We protect patient privacy by sharing information only with the professional staff who have a legitimate need to know. We also collect a significant amount of information for quality improvement, research, and billing purposes.

A meditation room is open to patients, family members, and visitors. A religious leader can be reached by calling the Operator.
Our Patient Relations team can help you with any part of your hospital care. We want to be sure you get courteous and timely care. If you have a complaint or grievance about the quality of your care, you or your family member can contact the immediate supervisor of the area.
If your concerns are not resolved, you or your family member may call Patient Relations.
The pharmacy fills outpatient prescriptions and offers a small selection of over-the-counter medications.

Religious leaders of different faiths are on-call to provide spiritual support and prayer. Ask the operator for the contact number of the clergy member of your choice.
Your room offers a telephone, television. The telephone and a television remote are by your bedside. To dial outside the hospital, first press “9.” You can make long distance calls using a calling card. If you need help with your phone, please ask your nurse or care giver. You are also welcome to use your cell phone in all areas of the hospital except for operating rooms or for patient rooms in critical care and emergency departments.
