Personal Bio & Interests

I am a Physical Therapist and have been practicing over 15 years. I have diverse clinical expertise with patients of all ages and injuries. I also have experience in all fitness levels from recreational to High School, Olympic and professional athletes. I have a strong interest in Shoulder, Knee, Hip and Ankle injuries and post surgical care. I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals as they move through the rehabilitation process back to sport, fitness, health and wellness, and the activities they love. I have a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, a Masters degree in Exercise Science and am also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). I enjoy a variety of sports and recreational activities including skiing, hiking, biking, backpacking and triathlons. I am a native of Salt Lake City and was a collegiate athlete, playing softball for Snow College.
