TOSH is Utah’s leader in Sports Medicine and Sport Science. We've worked closely with the Utah Youth Soccer Association (UYSA) for many years to connect Utah’s soccer community with our soccer specific training program. We offer many services and resources to soccer players, coaches, and parents.
What is the TOSH Soccer Program?
The TOSH Soccer program is a comprehensive collection of soccer specific tools to push each player to the next level. We utilize technology and patented equipment that you can’t find anywhere else in Utah. Whether you are a striker, midfielder, defender or keeper we can help you improve your game through our customized training programs. Here are some of the soccer training programs we offer:
Sports Performance Training
We used scientifically proven training protocols tailored for each individual soccer player. Our techniques are guaranteed to improve speed, agility, and overall athleticism.
Kicking and Striking Mechanics
We utilize science to teach proper striking mechanics. Through the use of our video analysis systems our focus is to teach the basic kicking concepts while allowing each player to develop their own style and form.
Individual and/or Team Training Sessions
We have a TOSH Soccer Field where we can train individual athletes or entire teams. We customize each training session directly towards your goals. We've found that training the team together can make a big difference in improving overall team performance.
If there is a specific goal for a player, team, coach, or parent, we can help them achieve it.
Come first to a $25 introduction session designed to answer all your questions and teach you what state of the art equipment, expert trainers, and science can do to improve your game.
If you are looking to sign up for an individual kicking mechanics session follow these steps:
- A video analysis session is used first to assess your current kicking form. This session includes a proper warm up and an initial analysis of your striking form.
- Additional one hour follow-up sessions to build on the lessons learned from the first analysis.
Price: $50 (UYSA discount available)
Team training sessions are determined on an individual basis.
