Heart & Sole (previously known as Race for Red) is a 5K fun run sponsored by Utah Valley Heart & Vascular Services with a focus on helping people understand what it takes to prevent heart disease.

2018 Heart & Sole 5K Information

The 2018 Heart & Sole 5K is Saturday, May 12. Utah Valley Hospital is celebrating heart health with the race, kids obstacle course, and a heart fair to help everyone understand how to live a heart-healthy lifestyle. Runners of all skill levels and abilities are welcome to participate.

This year we are bringing in a Kids’ Obstacle Course FREE for kids ages 12 & under. Kids can test their skills in a variety of fun activities while learning the role physical activity plays in heart health. Register here.
