Practice Focus

I am an occupational therapist and certified lymphedema therapist who specializes in lymphedema therapy and cancer rehabilitation.

Personal Bio & Interests

I graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Health Promotion, from the University of Minnesota with a masters in occupational therapy, and from the International Lymphedema & Wound Training Institute with my lymphedema and wound certification. Since 2011 I have practiced in a variety of settings including rural hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and the outpatient clinic setting. Besides traditional treatment methods, I am passionate about sharing the latest research in order to empower my patients to become experts in improving their health. At home, I love cooking, reading and listening to good books, hiking, and attending live theater. My husband and I have four grown sons and two beloved cats. A native Midwesterner, I now love living to close to the mountains and try to find time to explore the many hiking trails and national parks that are so abundant here in Utah. *Standard SpecialtiesCancer Rehabilitation
