Utah Valley Regional Medical Center offers amenities for patients and visitors to provide a comfortable visit, including a gift shop, cafeterias, valet parking, and more.

Breakfast: 4 a.m.-10 a.m.
Grill: 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Daily specials: 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Hospital Security officers have compressed air to fill low tires, will help jump car batteries, and can connect you with a low-cost company to help if you're locked out.
Patients and guests can pay their hospital bills, cash checks and even buy stamps.
Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
A non-denominational chapel, which also serves as a meditation room, is open to patients, family members, and visitors. Weekly worship services conducted in the chapel include LDS Sacrament services and Catholic Mass. Protestant communion is also available on an individual basis.
The health center has a sliding fee based on income and family size. Low income, underinsured, and insured individuals are eligible. There is a one-day waiting period.
Monday: 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.
The gift shop offers clothing, magazines, candy, cards, books, flowers, balloons, decor and personal care items.
Monday-Friday: 9 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
The Family Guest House provides temporary housing for Utah Valley Regional Medical Center patients and families in critical care situations, based upon need. You may be eligible to stay if you live more than 50 miles from the hospital. A laundry room, kitchen area and small healing garden are available for the guests.
Each application is reviewed by a social worker, who reserves the right to approve or deny applications. Each family's situation is evaluated daily, and no guarantee is made to any patient or family regarding length of stay.
Stop by or call the office during normal business hours to check on lost items.
The medical library is open to medical staff, employees, and the public. The library can provide assistance finding information about a specific medical topic, literature searches, and fulfills requests for articles and books. There are also computers available to conduct medical research.

Closed weekends and holidays
The medical records department ensures that medical records are accurate, complete, and maintained in a timely manner. They also make sure that each record complies with federal and state regulations.
Because medical records are confidential, access to these records is restricted. Patients or their authorized representatives can get more information about their medical records by calling our office.

Lunch: Monday-Friday from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.,
Saturday-Sunday from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Afternoon: Limited self-serve menu daily from 2 p.m.-5 p.m.
Dinner: 5 p.m.-7:30 p.m.
Your security while in the hospital is very important to us. If you have questions or concerns about security, feel free to stop by the security office or call during normal business hours.
Valet parking is a free service available at the hospital. The valet will meet you at your car and park it for you so you can go straight into the hospital. No tips, please!
