Julie was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is a certified physician assistant who earned her master's degree from the University of Utah Physician Assistant Program in 2020. Julie was a lead medical assistant for a family medicine clinic for several years prior to PA school and knew family medicine is where her heart resides. She has since worked in family medicine and urgent care settings. Julie strongly believes in providing compassionate, thorough, and high-quality care to all patients and finds it greatly rewarding to build trusting relationships with individuals across all age groups and varying backgrounds.
Julie is the oldest of three with a large extended family who all live in Utah. Her parents are originally from Vietnam. She is fluent in Vietnamese and loves to visit her grandparents in Vietnam whenever she gets the chance. She is an animal lover and currently has two dogs, two cats, and a goldfish pond at home. She loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, playing board games, and working out in her free time.
