Free Running Seminar

(Logan, UT) Runners of all ages and ability levels are invited to attend a free annual Running Seminar hosted by Logan Regional Sports Medicine on Tuesday, April 27, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Logan Regional Hospital. Seating is limited to the first 50 participants and advance registration is required.

Presentations at the Running Seminar include:

  • Pushing the Wall; Overcoming Fatigue, by Trek Lyons, M.D., sports medicine specialist, Canyon View Orthopedics
  • Core Strength to Improve Proper Running Form, by Nathan Young, P.T., SCS, Logan Regional Sports Medicine 
  • Selecting the Proper Running Shoe, by J.C. Bush, shoe specialist, Al’s Sporting Goods
