About the Intermountain Annie Taylor Dee Guest Home

McKay-Dee Hospital Center has operated guest home services for over 25 years however; the previous homes were more than 50 years old and not located on the hospital campus. The vision to build a new guest home was that of Janice and Thomas D. Dee, II. In 2008, the couple generously contributed the lead gift for the project, along with Thomas D. Dee, III (Tim) and his wife Candace.

The guest home is named in memory of Annie Taylor Dee, wife of Thomas Duncome Dee, McKay-Dee Hospital’s namesake.

Nearly 500 donors contributed a total of $2.9M to build the Annie Taylor Dee Guest Home and set up an endowment to perpetuate funding for operations and to help those who are unable to afford the small fee charged for staying at the home.

The home has 14 suites that can house up to 56 guests. Each private suite has its own bathroom and is furnished with two queen size beds, TV, refrigerator and microwave, and a dresser/desk combo.
