Introducing Pegah Dixon, WHNP

Wasatch OB/GYN warmly welcomes Pegah Dixon, a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Dixon received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Utah, during which time she was a case manager and Interim Clinical Director for Harmony Home Health. Prior to that, she worked for many years at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Salt Lake and in Labor and Delivery at Cottonwood Hospital and LDS Hospital.

Throughout her professional and academic career, Dixon served on several committees and earned a large number of awards and scholarships. She recently co-authored an article on menstrual migraines, which has been accepted for publication.

Dixon thoroughly enjoys her profession and takes pride in providing care and health education to women of all ages. Last year, she provided free women’s healthcare to over 7,000 patients in rural Northern India with the Sahaita Medical Team—an experience she feels fortunate to have had.

In her spare time, Dixon enjoys skiing, hiking, playing tennis and spending as much time as possible with her family and friends. She is an avid traveler and has visited fourteen countries in Europe and Asia, but always looks forward to returning home to beautiful Utah.

We welcome Pegah Dixon, a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
