Salt Lake Clinic Flu Clinic

As of October 4th, the Salt Lake Clinic has begun its Flu Clinic. The flu clinic will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm in the first floor lobby (subject to vaccine availability).

We will be administering the combination vaccine that includes the Seasonal A, B, and H1N1 strains for patients 18 years old and older. Please contact your primary care physician for complete vaccination recommendations.
