Dr. Putnam will be leaving the Urological Institute

The Intermountain Urological Institute is sad to announce that Scott Putnam, MD will be leaving the Institute in mid-June. He and his family are moving to Switzerland where he will continue to practice medicine. The Intermountain Urological Institute will greatly miss his expertise, his contribution to his patients and to the community, and his keen sense of humor. We wish him well in his new opportunities. 

Patients of Dr. Putnam are welcome to schedule follow-up appointments with one of our other board-certified physicians.
