Welcome Tatsuzo Miakashi, MD

Intermountain Medical Group welcomes our newest family medicine provider, Tatsuzo Miakashi, MD. He’s joining our Taylorsville Clinic after just completing a three year family medicine residency at the University of Utah hospital.

 

Dr. Miakashi earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He received his undergraduate degree in biological sciences with a minor in east Asian languages and cultures from the University of Southern California, during which time he spent two years as a laboratory assistant in their department of chemistry. Dr. Miakashi is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Utah Medical Association, and the American Medical Association.
