Welcome Nathan Richards, MD

Intermountain Medical Group welcomes Nathan Richards, MD as he joins our team at the Salt Lake Clinic and the Avenues Specialty Clinic. He recently completed a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at George Washington University Hospital in Washington, DC.

 

Dr. Richards earned his doctor of medicine degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine, where he served as the Vice President of Surgery Interest Group and Vice President of education with Operation Smile of Utah.. He spent the following six years as a general surgery resident at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, serving the last year there as Administrative Chief Resident. Dr. Richards belongs to a number of professional organizations including the American College of Surgeons.
