Welcome Sabine Koepf-Shakib, MD

Intermountain Medical Group welcomes our newest pediatrician, Sabine Koepf-Shakib, MD, as she joins our team at the Bountiful Clinic. She recently completed a two year pediatric residency at the University of Utah Hospital, after spending seven years serving a pediatric residency with special training in pediatric nephrology at the University Children’s Hospital in Heidelberg, Germany.

 

Dr. Shakib earned her medical degree at the University of Heidelberg School of Medicine in Germany. The German Board of Pediatrics has certified her in general pediatrics and she is board eligible in the U.S. Dr. Shakib has a special interest in improving the collaborative care of children with chronic disorders.

 

In her time off Dr. Shakib enjoys swimming, hiking, biking, and skiing with her husband and their two children.
