We've Moved to a New Location

We are excited to announce that on June 1st, 2014 the Avenues Women’s Center moved to our new location in the Medical Office Building just east of LDS Hospital.
 
Our phone number is still the same; 801-355-9951, but the address for our new office is 370 East 9th Avenue, Suite 205. Parking at the new location will be in the covered parking below the building and can be accessed from D Street.

In addition to a location change, The Avenues Women’s Center has joined Intermountain Medical Group. We are very excited about this new affiliation and are confident that we will all benefit by being part of the extensive Intermountain Healthcare network.

With the transition to Intermountain Medical Group we anticipate that we will continue to participate with almost all the insurance providers we have in the past. To verify insurance coverage please contact us.
