Intermountain Receives Gallup Workplace Award

Salt Lake City – The Gallup Organization has again chosen Intermountain Healthcare as one of 40 companies world-wide, and the only organization in Utah, to earn the Gallup Great Workplace Award for 2015. This is the fourth time Intermountain has received this recognition since 2011.

The Gallup Great Workplace Award is based on overall engagement levels and evidence of a highly-engaged workforce's impact on key business metrics. Gallup compares applicants' results across its research database composed of millions of work teams in more than 100 countries. The award acknowledges the best-performing workforces in the world and the ability of each organization to create an engaged culture.

"The Gallup Great Workplace Award recognizes this commitment, which directly benefits the patients, families, and communities we serve."
