Description: Integrated Care Management Education Opportunities is to create a sense of care management specialty, emphasize on coordination of care?between and among service providers and settings, and provide opportunites for professional development. The education series will provide growth and learning with current care management topics every quarter for an undisclosed time period. Topics will be selected based on need assessment results throughout Intermountain's Integrated Care Management.
