Description: Enhance your knowledge and increase integration of skills associated with suicide risk assessment, risk formulation and suicide specific care management in your clinical practice. This training will target gaps in core competency areas identified in a 2017 study completed by Primary Childrens Hospital, Harvard School of Public Health, and University of Utah of mental health providers in Utah. This course is specifically designed for mental health providers working in our community as skills gained in this course are transferable across all mental health settings. This course is ideal the following license types: LCSW, CMHC, SSW, MFT, and other mental health providers seeking to develop their skills. This training offers 3.5 CEUs in suicide prevention.
