What is My Health?

My Health is the Intermountain Healthcare patient portal. My Health is a secure and easy way to keep track of your health history, providing access to your lab results, prescriptions, and vital health information. It's simple to use, available around the clock, and completely private. Exchange messages with your provider easily and quickly while removing the hassle of having to play phone tag. Receive reminders about your care, such as getting your flu shot or coming in for a follow-up visit.

Self-registration is available for SelectHealth subscribers, but non-SelectHealth patients are required to present in person in order to register for My Health.

SelectHealth members 18 years or older can access their personal health insurance info online through My Health. All you need is your SelectHealth Subscriber Number. Once registered, log in and connect to claims and coverage, decision support tools, pharmacy tools, and personalized health and wellness information.

If the policy is under your name, you will be able to see this information for covered family members as well. SelectHealth members also receive access to the Medical section of My Health.


Patients 18 years or older, can register in person at participating clinics and hospitals where they are receiving care. Registered patients can view test results, request appointments, renew prescriptions, view sections of their medical records, and communicate with their provider securely and privately online.
