Learning to Breathe is a mindfulness-based curriculum for adolescents 12-18 years of age. Students are taught breathing exercises to assist with strengthening attention and emotion regulation, cultivate wholesome emotions like gratitude and compassion, and expand stress management skills.
This is also a great introduction to mindfulness and how to integrate it into daily life. Each lesson includes age-appropriate discussion, activities, and opportunities to practice mindfulness in a group setting. Available only in Ogden.
