Our center is conveniently located in Salt Lake City, Utah, a few short miles south of downtown. We are just off of I-15, surrounded by hotels and other amenities.

If you are traveling from a distance, we can help you find the best place to stay and make sure to schedule all of you appointments and tests in a two-day time frame.

Finding Our Office

You will find us on the west side Intermountain Medical Center's campus. We see patients in the Heart Failure and Transplant Clinic, located in Building 4, Lower Level 1.
