By participating in this study, you may be asked to receive a lipid panel test and/or a Coronary Calcium CT scan. Only the following Intermountain locations are currently approved to complete these tests for the study.
A patient service representative will contact you regarding scheduling your Coronary CT scan if you are randomly assigned to receive one, as well as providing you with a specific lab order form to complete your lipid blood draw test if you have not had one within the last three years.
