About Teri

 
Terri Flint is the Director of Employee Health Services at Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City.  Intermountain Healthcare is a system of 23 hospitals, employed physicians and an insurance plan serving all of Utah and Southern Idaho.  Terri oversees Employee Health, the Intermountain Employee Assistance Program and the Physician Worklife Resource.  She is a Clinical Social Worker with a Ph.D. in Social Work.  She has worked for Intermountain for 25 years and loves to help others thrive in change, improve their communication skills and find happiness in everyday moments.

To practice what she preaches she lives in Park City, a beautiful ski resort town in the mountains, where she loves to read, garden and ride her horses, Henri and Gus.

About Hilary

Born in Colorado, and raised in Alaska, Hilary began playing the piano at age eight and wrote her first song at age 14. Hilary quickly became a favorite in the inspirational music industry. She has released nine solo albums, has been featured on numerous compilation albums, and has been the recipient of numerous awards from the Faith Centered Music Association.

In October 2011, Hilary charted in the top 10 Current Contemporary Christian Albums Billboard list.
Hilary enjoys meeting and performing for women across the country.  For Hilary, singing is a way to connect with others through her passion.

Hilary met her husband Tim when he was serving as a missionary in Alaska and they are the parents of four beautiful daughters. Hilary says her favorite times are those spent with her family. She loves scrapbooking, exercising, and cooking. She loves trying new recipes and hopes to become a great cook someday. Hilary, Tim, and their girls live in Lehi, Utah.

About Matt

Every Saturday morning from 11 to noon, Matt can be heard hosting his radio program, “The Matt Townsend Show”, broadcast on KSL News Radio, where he talks about a variety of relationship topics.  Matt is a weekly contributor to KSL TV’s morning show “Studio 5”.   Matt also has a weekday radio show on BYU radio on Sirius XM 143.  He has also written a book entitled “Starved Stuff – Feeding the 7 Basic Needs of Healthy Relationships” that can be found at Deseret Book and on Amazon.com.

Matt’s greatest love in life is his wife Mardi.  They have been happily married for 22 years and have 6 children: 1 girl and 5 boys, ranging in ages from 8 to 19.
