Patients requiring evaluation or treatment of neurological problems (such as dementia, MS, head injury, stroke). Includes neuropsychological testing and psychotherapy.
The Patient Rating score is an average of all responses to physician related questions on the nationally developed CAHPS Clinician & Group Survey (CG-CAHPS). Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score. Learn more about the survey
Comments also are gathered from the CG-CAHPS survey and displayed in their entirety. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
