Personal Bio & Interests
I've been a physical therapist for 15 years, specializing in pelvic health. I first became interested in rehabilitation when I realized I loved the medical field, but did not do well at the sight of blood. Physical therapy has been an excellent fit for me. Now I am passionate about educating regarding pelvic floor dysfunction. I love building trust with my patients to discuss issues that we often don't normally discuss. I love working with the pregnant and post-partum populations especially. I do not want anyone to accept and live with a condition that is common but treatable, thinking it is normal. Dysfunction is never normal. I'm a small- town girl at heart! I grew up about 20 miles northeast of Park City in Hoytsville, UT. I try to keep that small town feel living on the outskirts of Mount Sterling in Cache Valley, UT. When not at work, I adventure with my husband and four kiddos. You can also find me anywhere near the water reading a book, boating, sunbathing, or paddle boarding.
