Education by Pharmacists and Nurses
A pharmacist will review your medication and answer any questions you may have prior to starting your regimen. To help you get the most from your medication after you have started, a pharmacist or nurse will call and follow-up with you to see if you have any other questions or concerns.
24-hour Pharmacist Access
If you have urgent questions or concerns after the pharmacy is closed, a pharmacy technician and pharmacist are on-call 24-hours a day to help you.
Friendly Refill Reminder Calls
We keep track of your prescription schedule for you. When it is time for a refill, we will call you to make sure you receive your medication on time. We will always speak with you before refilling your medication so you know when it will be arriving.
Free, Next Day Medication Delivery
At no additional cost, we will send your medication directly to you. Your medications are shipped in unmarked, temperature-controlled packing to your home, workplace, doctor's office, or other location of your choice.
We Help with Prior Authorizations
We partner closely with your doctor and insurance company to make sure your medications are properly approved and are covered by your insurance plan.
Financial Assistance Investigation
We understand specialty medications are expensive. We have patient financial advocates who will work with you to bring down your cost as much as possible. Our patient financial advocates will help you get signed up with copay assistance programs and other support/charitable organizations to make these medications more affordable.
Flexible Payment and Financing Options
If financial assistance is not available, Intermountain Healthcare offers payment plans and other financing for co-pays.
