Personal Bio & Interests
I've been a physical therapist since 2016 with my main focus being foot and ankle rehabilitation. I am certified in dry needling. I enjoy working with patients to develop an individualized care plan to help them get back to their daily activities and recreational hobbies. I work with a wide range of injuries from traumatic foot/ankle fractures, elective foot reconstructions, Achilles tendon repairs to nonsurgical injuries including ankle sprain and tendinopathies. I grew up in Washington state and have made Utah my home for the past 12 years. I attended the University of Utah for physical therapy school and have remained a Utah fan. I have 2 young boys who keep me very busy and entertained. In my free time I like to cook, hike and ski.
