Video Gait Analysis

We conduct a state-of-the-art video analysis of your form and running mechanics with live feedback. We examine common running bad habits such as:

  • Heal striking
  • Bounding
  • Over-striding

Performance Test

Performance tests (Lactate Assessment or Vo2 Max) allow you to get the most out of your training time and train in the safest possible way. Through performance testing we can help you:

Musculoskeletal Functional Analysis

We review your running injury history and conduct an in-depth physical exam of your body’s strength and joint flexibility.

Customized Training Program

Personalized program based on our finding to help you prevent injury and improve performance.  We provide exercise prescriptions to improve strength in key areas, training modifications, and shoe recommendations.
