Dayna Player Robinson grew up in a small town in Emery County, Utah, and she is a small town girl at heart. For more than 10 years she has worked as an Exercise Physiologist for Intermountain Healthcare and the Acceleration program. She has experience working with almost every type of athlete — from young to old, beginners to professionals, and most sports — distance runners, sprinters, football, soccer, basketball, lacrosse, tennis, baseball, softball, volleyball, golf, pickle ball, and dancers.
Dayna has a master’s degree in Sports Performance and Conditioning from Southern Utah University, and bachelor's degree from Weber State in Lifestyle Management (Health and Fitness). She is certified with ACSM EP-C, AFAA, and SPIN. Dayna has worked in the fitness field for almost 15 years, in many different fitness areas including corporate wellness, fitness club manager, personal training, cardiac rehab, weight management class instructor, health/fitness classes for overweight teens, Step and Spin aerobic instructor, and fitness-made-fun girls summer camp. She loves working with young kids and athletes.
Dayna has a great husband and three crazy little boys that keep her busy at home. She loves to spend her time waterskiing, running mountain biking, and anything else with her boys.
