Move Well

Move Well Classes are your newest resource to live the healthiest life possible. Our gym is home to state of the art exercise equipment and staffed by exercise physiologists and fitness experts to help you with your fitness and exercise goals.

Anyone, regardless of age, weight, health condition, or activity level can benefit from the Move Well classes because it offers a personalized approach to exercise. Our classes can help you lose weight, tone, improve balance, get stronger or just learn to exercise without risk of injury.

Before enrolling in a class, you must first complete a functional movement and fitness assessment. This assessment helps us determine your baseline fitness level and design a personalized exercise plan to help you reach your goals.
