Functional Fitness Assessment

A Functional Fitness Assessment looks at how your body moves while performing different exercises. We examine your strengths, weaknesses, imbalances, flexibility and stamina to provide personalized exercise recommendations. We are also able to identify potential injury risks or determine the cause of current pain or discomfort.

What happens in a functional fitness assessment?

During your functional fitness evaluation you will participate in various movement activities that focus on a few of the main muscle groups.

  • Squats
  • Push Ups
  • Wall Sits
  • Plank
  • Sit Ups

Following your tests we will share with you your results and suggest exercises and stretches to address your weaknesses.
