Athletes need their bodies to train at the highest level so that they can compete at the highest level. The foods and drinks, or “fuel,” an athlete chooses to consume can affect how they perform in competition and as they train.

Athletes need to be aware of their diet and nutrition and create a plan to achieve their health and performance goals. The Intermountain LiVe Well Center provides Sports Nutrition Coaching for athletes of all ages and abilities.
