About Kathy Smith

With her iconic library of exercise videos, Kathy has stood at the forefront of the fitness and wellness industries for more than 30 years. With her lifelong mission to “inspire the best in all people,” Kathy has served as a contributing expert to countless media outlets, beginning with her own hosted show on the USA network, Alive and Well. She offered exercise routines to an ever-expanding audience, first as a correspondent on The Today Show and then as a columnist for the Los Angeles Times. She was a featured guest when The Oprah Winfrey Show devoted an episode to overcoming the challenges of menopause. She is a highly sought educational and motivational speaker and is also an active member of the Park City LiVe Well Center's advisory board.

Kathy is the mother of two daughters and currently resides in Park City, Utah -- where she can usually be found hiking or skiing.
