A Personalized Plan

Our individual nutrition education sessions with a registered dietitian include a complete assessment of your overall nutritional status, medical history, and dietary habits, including where, when and what you eat.

After determining your nutritional status, we will work with you to develop a personalized plan to achieve your nutritional goals and a healthy lifestyle. Your personalized plan will include:

  • Meal Planning (including snacks)
  • Portion recommendations
  • Eating schedule
  • Education on “Mindful Eating”
  • Diet tracking tools

Nutrition Educational Programs Available

Weigh to Health: A nutrition program for overweight adults who want to lose weight, improve their health, and feel better everyday. Includes ten nutrition classes and two one on one appointments with our registered dietitians.

Prediabetes Prevention Program: A free two hour class designed to help people with prediabetes engage in diabetes prevention by understanding their risk of developing this disease and what they can do to prevent it.
