If you are tired of your long-term/chronic pain controlling your life, or you help care for someone with long-term pain, the Living Well with Chronic Pain program is for you!
This program introduces new ways of managing the day to day symptoms of long-term/chronic pain. Over the course of the 6-week program you will learn ways to structure your day to get the most out of each moment, tips and tricks for tackling projects, ways to improve physical activity and more. Learn ways to better communicate with loved ones about your pain, ways to work with your healthcare team and connect with others who are also living with long-term/chronic pain.
Live virtual or in-person classes meet once a week for around 2 ½ hrs. (In-person classes will resume once the COVID-19 situation has improved and it is safe to do so).
If in-person or virtual classes are not an option, we also offer the program in a telephonic format with a one-hour weekly conference call.
