INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb Sockeye Salmon
1 leek (thinly sliced)
1 handful fresh cilantro
1 T olive oil
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1/2 large lemon (juice)
sea salt and black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Combine garlic, leeks, olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix in Tupperware and marinate salmon for 15-30 minutes. Store in fridge.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees (f).
Set the Sockeye Salmon on a non-stick baking pan, skin-side down, and briefly bake for ~10 minutes. Watch out so it does not burn.
Change oven settings to low broil for 1-3 minutes, watching to avoid burning.
The salmon is ready when it flakes and is still quite pink. Sockeye salmon is very strong in color!
OPTIONAL: Use different herbs, such as dill, in place of cilantro; grill on outdoor grill
