Intermountain Healthcare President and CEO Dr. Marc Harrison was named one of the 50 Most Influential Physician Executives and Leaders by Modern Healthcare, ranking No. 10 overall in 2017. The list recognizes physicians working in all sectors of the healthcare industry who are steering their organizations and the healthcare delivery system through dynamic, challenging times. According to Modern Healthcare, these physician leaders “stand out for the scope of their executive responsibilities, personal achievements, innovation and commitment to their communities.”

Intermountain Healthcare's Chief Information Officer, Marc Probst, was named one of 24 "Standout CIOs" of hospitals and health systems by ​Becker's Hospital Review in June 2015. According to Becker's, the list includes CIOs "who stand out in their key, but challenging roles." He also was named on of the nation's top 50 health IT leaders in 2015.

For three consecutive years, Intermountain's Chief Financial Officer Bert Zimmerli has been included among Becker's Hospital Review list of the top healthcare CFOs. According to Becker's, those honored represent leaders who "have demonstrated excellence in healthcare financial management by leading some of the largest, most prominent and financially successful healthcare organizations in the nation."

Becker's Hospital Review identified 50 Rural Hospital CEOs to Know and included Intermountain's Rob Allen, CEO of Park City Medical Center and Regional Vice President of the Park City-Heber Region, on the 2016 list of leaders who “have demonstrated dedication to providing high-quality, accessible care to their communities.”

Intermountain's Chief Medical Information Officer, Dr. Stan Huff, was recognized by Health Data Management magazine as one of "20 People to Watch in Healthcare IT in 2016." The list represents a mix of leaders from high-profile government, trade association, advocacy and provider organizations. They are “expected to make large contributions to the discussion on healthcare IT, and provide guidance on where the industry needs to go,” according to the article. Dr. Huff has helped establish Intermountain as a pioneer in medical informatics and helps shape national and international policies and standards on the use of medical information and data analytics.

Dr. Brent James, Intermountain Healthcare's Chief Quality Officer and Executive Director of the Intermountain Institute for Healthcare Leadership was recognized by ​Becker's Hospital Review as one of the nation's 50 Experts Leading the Field of Patient Safety.
