Volunteers have access to free secure parking and a free meal in the café during your shift. We do require a minimum of a 1-year commitment but hope you will love volunteering so much you will not want to leave! Additionally, you must be at least 14 years old to volunteer.

We have a wide variety of different volunteer assignments and strive to find a position that is a perfect fit for each volunteer accepted into the program.
Some positions in departments such as the Emergency Department and Care Assistants are patient focused. We also have volunteers who visit patients with therapy dogs or comfort carts allowing them the opportunity for patient interaction.
Other volunteers work in staff-support roles in various hospital departments and offices performing clerical and other support tasks.
We also have volunteers who work with hospital guests and visitors. They assist in raising funds in the Gift Shop, give directions and assistance at the welcome desk, and provide information to guests in the surgery waiting room.
