Below are the training packages offered in our facility. For optimal results, we recommend three one-hour training sessions per week. Each session must be scheduled in advance. Custom programs and group/team discounts are also available.
When you train with Intermountain Sports Performance, we not only offer some of the lowest prices in the sports performance training industry, you’ll also have the convenient option of splitting your program investment up into two easy payments, or taking care of it all at once when you start your program.
Pro Pack (26 sessions, $22 per session)

Varsity Pack (16 Sessions, $24 per session)
This is our full Acceleration program condensed into just 16 sessions to better fit your hectic summer schedule.
Hustle Pack (12 sessions, $24.50 per session)
- 12 Super treadmill sessions or 12 Agility/plyometric sessions
- Any combination of the two
Competition Recovery - Sports Performance ($30 per session)
- 8-10 minute ice bath
- 5-8 minute Therapy Gun Leg Muscles Massage
- Foam Rolling
- Compression Therapy
Team Training (10 - 20 sessions, $16 per session, per athelete)
- Choose anywhere from 10-20 training sessions
- $16 a session per athlete
- Each session includes speed, agility and power training
- Must have 8 or more athletes to participate - they must train together at the same time each training session
Group Training (26 sessions, $17 per session, per athelete)
- Each session includes speed, agility and power training
- Must have between 4-7 athletes to participate - they must train together at the same time each training session.
Platinum Unlimited ($295)
- Sessions will be individualized to help each athlete achieve and maintain peak performance.
