Bone loss begins happening in women at age 20. Between the ages of 20 and 80, women can lose up to 1/3 of the bone mineral density in the hip. As our group of 15 Utah moms compete in the My Heart Challenge: Moms Edition, here are four exercises you can do at home to help building muscle strength, increase bone density and improve your cardio workout.
