Reward yourself by joining us at American Fork Hospital's Girls' Night Out for an evening of healthy fun to learn how to live a healthier, happier life.
This free outdoor event will include health screenings, delicious food, pampering, a few fun gifts and a guest speaker.
This year's guest speaker is Stephanie Nielson, author of the blog NieNie Dialogues.
ATTENTION: Reserved seating is now full and we are no longer taking RSVPs. You are still welcome to attend the speaker, but it will be standing room only.
The vendor booths are open from 7 to 9 p.m.
Whether it’s a quick facial, a massage, tour and information about the hospital’s Women’s Services, a free breast exam and cancer information, or simple tips on how to juggle health with all the demands of being a woman, Girls’ Night Out may be just what you need to discover a healthy, happy you.
