Dixie Regional Medical Center has been named a Community Value Index Five-Star Hospital by Cleverly & Associates several years in row for the value it provides to the community. In addition to providing low costs, Dixie Regional has received a substantial amount of national praise for quality. Here’s some of the honors and awards the hospital received in 2013:
  • Becker’s Hospital Review (“100 Greatest Hospitals,” “100 Great Community Hospitals” and “Hospitals with Highest HCAHPS Scores”)
  • Health Insight (“Hospital Quality Award”)
  • iVantage Health Analytics (“Top 100 HealthStrong Hospitals”)
  • National Research Corporation (“2013 Consumers Choice Award”)

Dixie Regional also named to the list of “100 Hospitals with Great Heart Programs” by Becker’s Hospital Review and was named among the 2013 Top 50 Heart Hospitals in the nation by Truven Analytics.

Dixie Regional’s Acute Rehabilitation Unit was ranked in the top 10 percent in the nation by Uniform Data Systems for the third year in a row in 2013. We have one of the lowest c-section rates in the country and our Newborn Intensive Care Unit is nationally ranked for low infection rates and short lengths-of-stay.
