Hold On To Dear Life LogoThe Hold On To Dear Life® campaign was established at Primary Children's in 1991 to educate the community on how to keep children safe. 

The original campaign focused on child restraint/seat belt use and later child abuse prevention.  In the last few years, it has been broadened to include the award-winning, Spot the Tot program and other injury prevention topics.
