The Hold On To Dear Life® campaign was established at Primary Children's Medical Center in 1991, to educate the community on how to keep children safe. The original campaign focused on child restraint/seat belt use and later child abuse prevention, but in the last few years, it has been broadened to include the award winning Spot the Tot program and other injury prevention topics.
