Families and other visitors are welcome to visit a patient during their stay at the hospital. We ask that you be aware of following our visiting hours and guidelines, as well as respect the privacy wishes of the patient and any guidelines provided by his or her medical team.
Amenities
Send an electronic message to a patient at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center and a volunteer will print out your message and take it to the patient.

The Gift Shop is located on the first floor of the West Building and is open from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday. It is closed Sundays. The shop offers clothing, magazines, candy, cards, books, flowers, balloons, decor and personal care items.

- Grill: Open daily, 10 a.m. – 3 a.m.
- Daily specials: Served daily, 11 a.m. – 3 a.m.
Located on the third floor of East Tower, this cafe offers buffet-style dining. For a recording of today's menu, call extension (801) 357-2658.
- Breakfast: Served daily, 7 – 10 a.m.
- Lunch: Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Saturday & Sunday, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
- Afternoon: Limited self-serve menu daily, 1:30 – 5 p.m.
- Dinner: Served daily, 5 – 7:30 p.m.
Hospital Security officers have compressed air to fill low tires, will help jump car batteries, and can connect you with a low-cost company to help if you're locked out. Contact the officer on duty at (801) 357-7266.
Patients and guests can pay their hospital bills, cash checks and even buy stamps at the Cashier's office, located on the first floor of the West Building, across from the Gift Shop.
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Hospital bills can also be paid online through the online bill pay system.
A non-denominational chapel, which also serves as a meditation room, is located on the first floor of the South Building and is open to patients, family members, and visitors. Weekly worship services conducted in the chapel include LDS sacrament services and Catholic Mass. Protestant communion is also available on an individual basis.
The Family Guest House provides temporary lodging at a minimal cost to family members of critically ill patients. The house is comfortable and is conveniently located across the street from the hospital. Space is subject to availability. To learn more, contact the social worker assigned to your unit.

Hospital Lost and Found is located in the Security office on the first floor of the West Building.
Stop by or call the office at (801) 357-7126 during normal business hours to check on lost items, or contact the officer on duty at any time by calling (801) 357-7266.
The Medical Library is located on the first floor of Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in the hallway that connects the East Tower and the South Building, across from the Chapel.
Timpview Pharmacy is located on the main floor of the Physician's Plaza east of the hospital. The pharmacy fills outpatient prescriptions and offers a small selection of over-the-counter medications.

Your security while in the hospital is very important to us. If you have questions or concerns about security, feel free to stop by the Safety & Security office on the first floor of the West Building across from Cafe West during normal business hours, or contact the officer on duty at any time by calling (801) 357-7266.
Valet parking is a free service available at the hospital main entrance off of 500 West in Provo, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The valet will meet you at your car and park it for you so you can go straight into the hospital. No tips, please!
