Hospital Prenatal Class
Prenatal educational classes help expectant mothers and families prepare for the exciting arrival of a new baby. Classes on a variety of topics are taught by a nurse educator. Topics include:
- Childbirth preparation
- Lamaze
- Breathing and relaxation
- Breastfeeding
- Sibling class
