Intermountain Pediatric Rehabilitation services are provided to children ages 0 to 21 years through a network of nine locations across Utah, including Logan, Ogden, Bountiful, Salt Lake City, Sandy, Taylorsville, Riverton, Orem and St. George. Our team includes pediatric specialists licensed in physical, occupational and speech & language therapies, audiology, and physical medicine & rehabilitation.
