Platte Valley Hospital offers CHIP grants
Platte Valley Hospital provides grant opportunities through the Community Health Investment Program (CHIP). The grant is meant to assist organizations with programs that improve the health of our community, especially for our low-income residents. Your grant application must show how you will impact the health of your target population. To be considered for a CHIP grant, your organization must meet most if not all, of these criteria:
- Support the mission of Platte Valley Hospital, “Helping people live the healthiest lives possible”
- Serve a demonstrated need in the community
- Proposals that involve collaboration with other community providers and organizations that are directly or indirectly involved with community health concerns will receive priority
- Have a reasonable financial request.
