Improving access to healthcare services for the uninsured and underserved
The Intermountain Community Care Foundation exists to support Intermountain Health’s identified health priorities, improve access to healthcare services, and increase healthy behaviors for low-income, uninsured, or medically underrepresented populations in Utah and Southeast Idaho (Cassia County and Minidoka County)
Through identifying and supporting existing programs and services that provide access to these populations, the Intermountain Community Care Foundation is dedicated to helping people live the healthiest lives possible.
The Intermountain Community Care Foundation provides grants to community-based organizations - 501(c)(3) nonprofits and public agencies- for programs or services that align with Intermountain's health priorities.
Grants are made only for the purposes stated in the application, and grantees must be prepared to track and report program outcomes, as well as specific results that demonstrate measurable human impact.
